La Velue Medieval Monster Big & Tall T-Shirt (3XL-10XL)
La Velue, literally "the hairy one," was the terror of the River Huisne in France during the middle ages. It is portrayed in this beautiful 1889 pamphlet illustration in all its serpent-headed, turtle-shelled, poison-spiked glory. La Velue was known for laying waste to the countryside, gorging itself in the sheep-folds, devouring the local women and children, and sometimes breathing fire or causing floods. It's all a little vague. It might be the same creature that is called the Tarasque in Provence, and the Peluda in Spain.
The historic illustration is presented here without any modifications or additions, because it's just that good.
These high-quality, comfortable t-shirts are made with 100% cotton (except for Athletic Heather which is 10% polyester). It features a tear-away label for your comfort, because nobody actually likes labels.
